Teens in court on vandalism charge

HOUSTON Dillon Andrews, 17, and Joseph Rayford, 18, headed to probable cause court Monday morning. They, and Justin Herrin, 18, face criminal mischief charges. Prosecutors say the three used a pellet gun to shoot out the more than 100 car windows and windshields.

Officers have not arrested Herrin.
