Mistrial declared in home invasion case

HOUSTON The Ft. Bend County DA tells Eyewitness News that one of the jurors who had been seated for Roderick Johnson's trial did not show up yesterday. A new trial has been reset for next year.

The robbery happened in September of 2007. The robbers tied up Robinson and put him into a closet. When Robinson's girlfriend and two small children walked in on the robbery, they were placed into the closet.

No one was hurt.
