Authorities seeking fugitive in Houston area

HOUSTON On Sunday October 11, Medina was allegedly involved in a head-on collision that killed the other driver in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Authorities say Medina left the scene of the accident on foot. He was able to get to his other car and flee the South Carolina. He contacted his family from Atlanta, Georgia, Monday and told them he was headed to Houston and then on to Mexico.

He is driving a 2003 white GMC Envoy with South Carolina license plates DSS-252. There is a possibility he will try to ditch the car in Houston before heading south to the border.

Medina is a 30-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5'7" tall and weighs 170 pounds.
