Good-natured man tricked by robbers

HUMBLE, TX On Wednesday, September 23, at around 12:45 in the afternoon, two black males approached the victim and asked for a ride to the Wood Forest National Bank located inside the Wal Mart at 6626 East FM 1960 in Humble. Authorities say the suspects told the victim if he gave them a ride they would give him some money. At the bank, the victim was tricked into withdrawing some of his own money. When the victim returned back to his car, one of the suspects pulled a gun on him and took the cash he had just withdrawn.

This type of robbery has occurred several times in the Humble and Atascocita areas. The suspects are reportedly getting better at their stories and becoming more aggressive with their victims. The Humble Police Department is currently investigating several similar types of robberies.

The suspects are described as two black males between 38 to 43 years old. One suspect is 5'11" to 6'0" tall and weighs between 180 to 200 pounds. He has a short afro and wears glasses. He also speaks with an African accent. The second suspect is 6'1" tall and weighs between 175 to 200 pounds. He spokes with an American accent and wore a blue baseball cap.

The two suspects in this case were captured on a surveillance camera inside another business prior to this robbery.
