Girl's accused killer back in custody

HOUSTON Lucas Coe, 27, is charged in the beating death of four-year-old Emma Thompson. The little girl suffered bruises, a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage. She had also contracted a sexually transmitted disease.

Last month Coe was given a $100,000 bond but that was revoked after he failed to give a urine sample for drug testing. But Coe's attorney claims Coe is on a drug that prevents him from urinating. The judge called it a 'willful violation of the court's order,' and gave him a new bond of $300,000.
