Computer worm hits Clear Creek ISD

HOUSTON The virus, known as the akbot worm, is causing numerous problems for teachers and employees. Users are experiencing memory error and involuntary shut downs, while teachers are unable to respond to parents' emails or input grades into the system. Computer for student use are apparently less affected.

The district's IT department hopes to have the system back up and running by next week.
