Man dies after being struck by vehicle

BRAZORIA COUNTY, TX Antonio Mendoza Timoteo, 47, was walking across FM 2403 in Alvin, when he was hit by a vehicle. Authorities say the 19-year-old driver did stop to render aid.

He will likely not be charged, because he could not see the victim until it was too late.
