Professor accused of sex misconduct resigns

GREELEY, CO Raymond Vance Fulkerson, 63, is due in court on Nov. 2 on sexual misconduct charges related to the secret tapings. He agreed to resign his post at the university, where he has taught for 18 years, in a letter last week.

Fulkerson was arrested July 2 after police found the camera hidden in the bathroom. Police say he secretly taped 13 guests who were using the toilet and shower.

Police say Fulkerson told officers he initially used the bathroom camera to keep track of his aging parents.
