Conroe ISD warns parents of flasher

THE WOODLANDS, TX On Monday, a man exposed himself to 8th grade girls in a park near McCullough Junior High and Glen Loch Elementary in The Woodlands. The Conroe School District sent letters home warning families to watch out for strangers.
