Suspected drunk driver held without bond

HOUSTON Rolando Hernandez Camacho is charged with intoxication manslaughter for a Saturday night accident on the West Loop at Highway 290 that killed one woman. Camacho was driving an SUV and rear-ended a car. The impact sent both vehicles off the freeway.

The victim, 24-year-old Kristi McCarthy, was ejected and died. Camacho ran off but was arrested at nearby gas station.
