Jerry Worley died Monday afternoon at a Fort Worth hospital.
Boyd Police Chief Harry Lamance says the deaths are still being investigated.
Responders found the home filled with exhaust fumes from a car running in the garage. The minister was found in a back bedroom, while his wife was found in the living room.
