Erath County Sheriff Tommy Bryant didn't return calls from The Associated Press. The Stephenville Empire-Tribune cites an arrest report saying Kozelka was found Sept. 14 on the 2,000-acre ranch owned by the singer-songwriter's husband, rodeo champion Ty Murray. The landowner confronted Kozelka and warned him not to return. The next day, last Tuesday, a knife-wielding Kozelka allegedly was found at the main ranchhouse.
An Erath County Jail official says Kozelka is charged with stalking. If convicted of the third-degree felony, he could get up to 10 years in prison.
