Car slams into restaurant, killing 1

BAYTOWN, TX Police say four men were going down West Main near Lee when they didn't see a curve in the road and drove into the Baytown Seafood Restaurant. One man died instantly.

Two of the men are in critical condition and one other man is listed as stable. No one was in the restaurant at the time.
