If you're a do-it-yourselfer, Home Depot is offering two free clinics. The first one is Saturday from 10am to 11am. The experts there will show you the do's and don'ts of interior painting.
And for the do-it-herselfers, on Thursday, the Home Depot is offering a workshop designed for women. The clinic will focus on kitchen updates that include cabinet refinishing, cabinet painting and staining, and changing cabinet hardware. The class is scheduled from 7pm to 8:30pm. "Dancing With The Stars" premieres Monday night at 7pm on ABC13 and if you have always wanted to take a dance lesson, here's your chance to take one for free. If you need motivation to exercise, the Houston-area Adventure Boot Camp is offering a free class through the month of September for first-timers. Here's some free food. On Thursday, September 24, Chick-fil-A is offering a free chicken sandwich to customers from 5pm to 6 pm. Why? Well, just because. This offer is good at all greater Houston locations.
