Four arrested in aggravated robbery

ROSENBERG, TX On Sunday at about 5am, Rosenberg police responded to an aggravated robbery along the 700 block of Vera Cruz. Officers arrested four suspects, two male and two female. Officers were able to quickly apprehend the suspects based on a description of the suspects and vehicle provided by the victim.

The suspects reportedly chose their victim after seeing him with an undisclosed amount of money earlier in the evening. The female suspects allegedly lured the man from Rosenberg to an agreed upon location knowing the male suspects would rob the victim at gunpoint. Once the victim arrived the male suspects robbed the victim using a gun.

David Villalobos, 20, of Richmond; Samuel Villaloboz, 21, of Rosenberg; Christa Girtman, 21, of Richmond; and Alexandria Escobedo, 25, of Richmond were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. The case is still being investigated and more arrests are possible.

The suspects were arrested and taken to the Rosenberg jail. They were later transported to the Fort Bend County jail.
