Teens caught allegedly setting off explosives

HOUSTON Neighbors called the bomb squad last night after hearing loud explosions on Joplin and Poplar. Police say they then caught the teens setting off homemade bombs in canisters and bottles.

No one was hurt and nothing was damaged.
