No-refusal weekend underway across Houston

HOUSTON They're using new methods to stop drinking and driving, like using something called "Cop Cabs," which are painted half cop car, half taxi. And officers are also now able to quickly obtain warrants for drivers who refuse breath tests.

And buckle up no matter where you sit, because they will be enforcing new state laws requiring people to wear seatbelts and kids under eight years old who are shorter than 4'9" to be in a car seat.
