The lawsuit filed by four Texas-based pilots accuses Continental of not allowing military reserve pilots to accrue seniority or pay benefits while on military leave.
The airline gave us this statement saying, "Continental strongly supports its pilots who have military commitments. The claims in this case are baseless and completely without merit."
