Arson charges dropped against justice's wife

HOUSTON Francisca Medina was charged with felony arson after a fired burned down the family's home in Spring, and damaged two neighboring homes in June 2007. Prosecutors say the charges were dropped after they were unable to rule out the possibility that the blaze could have started as an electrical fire.
