Deputies find man wanted in infant son's death

HOUSTON Jose Herrera has been missing since he was indicted on a charge of capital murder in League City in December. Investigators say the baby suffered broken bones and had other signs of physical abuse. Investigators suspected Herrera had fled to Mexico until this weekend.

Precinct 6 deputies on patrol approached a group of men at a local park, when one of them began running. Officers say that man turned out to be Herrera.

He's now in custody.
