Family files suit against Aramark

HOUSTON The family of David Hall filed the suit against Ray Wilson, Aramark and three Aramark bartenders who worked at Minute Maid Park. The lawsuit says the employees gave Wilson alcohol at an Astros game last summer even after one worker said Wilson appeared intoxicated.

Wilson later got into his car then struck and killed hall as he worked with a road crew. Wilson received 15 years in prison for killing Hall.

"Any place that serves alcohol, you can't over serve intoxicated individuals and you can't serve people because you will be held responsible for your actions," said Matias Adrogue, the Hall family's attorney.

Aramark sent a statement to us that said, "Our sincere sympathies go out to Mr. Hall's family and friends. We have not yet seen the lawsuit and are therefore not in a position to comment on it."
