Driver killed in hit-and-run wreck

HOUSTON A man was pulled over on the shoulder of the North Freeway at Cypresswood around 12:30am when another car slammed into the back end of the car. He was killed instantly.

The driver of the other car ran away but police caught him at a nearby restaurant.
