According to the victim, Blount exposed himself at an apartment complex at approximately 7:47 a.m. The woman immediately called 9-1-1 and provided a description of the suspect. Police located Blount quickly, but he avoided being apprehended by officers. After a short foot chase, he was located, quickly subdued, and taken into custody.
Earlier this year in June, Blount was convicted in Harris County of Indecency with a Child by Exposure. He was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication. He also has two previous convictions for Evading Arrest, one of those in Friendswood.
