Gallery fire suspect in court

CONROE, TX A judge formally charged Robert Carroll Gillham with burglary. The charge is not related to the May 21 fire which destroyed the Gallery Furniture warehouse in north Houston. Once Montgomery County authorities resolve the burglary case, Gillham will face an arson charge in Harris County.

Gillham used to work for Gallery Furniture.
