Convicted sex offender failed to register

HOUSTON Calvin Earl Bell was convicted of two counts of Indecency with a Child and sentenced to four years in 2000. Bell is required to register his current address with the Houston Police Department and to notify them within seven days of moving. Bell last registered in February with an address in the 3800 block of Rosemont.

Bell is described as a black male, 23 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 115 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and sports a tattoo on his left forearm.
