Bookman has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Bookman is 5'6" tall and weighs 170 pounds. He is bald with a dark complexion and brown eyes. Bookman is believed to be homeless, but his last known address is near the 1200 block of Stuart. Bookman does have a criminal history dating back to 1986 for drugs and robbery.
