Crime Stoppers and Investigators with the Houston Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating Latorcha Shantee Bradley. On February 20, 2005, Bradley was convicted of Kidnapping a one-year-old child in Harris County. She was sentenced to two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. As a condition of her release on parole, she is required to register her address with the Houston Police Department for 10 years.

The suspect last registered with an address in the 9800 block of Richmond. She has a duty to report any address change to HPD within seven days of moving. On June 23, HPD officers conducted a compliance check at that address. The officers discovered that Ms. Bradley has not lived there since April 17.

On July 24, Bradley was charged with Failure to Register and the 184th District Court issued a warrant for her arrest.

Latorcha Bradley is described as a 32-year-old black female. She is 5'7" tall and weighs 173 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and a tattoo on her neck. She is still believed to be in the Houston area.
