Man who attacked girl sentenced to 45 years

HUMBLE, TX Kenneth Stewart pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child on Monday. He admitted kidnapping a seven-year-old girl last year, assaulting her and then dropping her off in Baytown.

In his victim's impact statement, the child's father actually thanked Stewart for letting his daughter live.
