Houston man dies in crash in Louisiana

SULPHUR, LA Calcasieu Parish sheriff's deputies say 52-year-old Charles J. Perrot was pronounced dead at the scene Thursday.

Deputies believe Perrot was speeding and may have been impaired when he entered the curve. Standard toxicology tests are pending.
