Father wanted for fleeing with his daughter

HOUSTON In April 1995, Juan Antonio Lozano, Jr. violated the terms of a court ordered custody agreement by taking his daughter Bianca Isabella Lozano from her mother. Bianca was 18 months old when Lozano took her and fled Harris County. It is believed Lozano took Bianca to Mexico where he had family. Bianca's mother and authorities with the Harris County District Attorney's Office, the FBI and the State Department have been searching for Bianca since 1995.

Recent information has lead authorities to believe that Lozano might be back in the Houston area with Bianca. Bianca will turn 16 next week and her mother has not seen her since she was 18 months old. Bianca's mother has been in weekly contact with investigators with the District Attorney's Office since 1995 and has not given up hope that she may see her daughter again.

Lozano is a 6'2" tall 42-year-old Hispanic male. At the time of his disappearance, he was 300 pounds with black eyes and black hair. He also had a noticeable gap between his front bottom teeth and wore glasses.

Bianca has a light brown semi oval shaped birthmark on her right shoulder blade. At the time of her disappearance she had pierced ears.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 (TIPS) hotline or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org that leads to the arrest of Juan Antonio Lozano, Jr. All tipsters remain anonymous.
