He said when he won the $75,000, he bought a car and put the rest into the bank. This time, he said, he's saving it for retirement -- which he hopes to do at 55. After taxes, the jackpot is worth more than $627,000.
Williams says he has been playing Super Kansas Cash, Powerball and other lottery games consistently for 17 years. He says the best advice he can offer is for people to just keep playing.
