"We believe there were two people in the vehicle. Obviously the passenger is the person that's dead in the vehicle. The driver fled on foot. We don't know who the driver is or anything yet," said Chris Sturdivant of the Houston Police Department.
Police are still looking for the driver and the shooter. They spoke to witnesses and are reviewing surveillance video from nearby businesses for more clues.
