Houston court refers eyelash fight to jury

HOUSTON Xtended and Xtreme both sell kits for extending eyelashes. Each company claims the other is stepping on its trademark and confusing customers with the similar names.

A federal appeals court in Houston has decided a jury should sort out claims and counter-claims.
