Red light cam opponent calls for refunds

BAYTOWN Byron Schirmbeck plans to speak at the Baytown city council meeting today. He claims the city refuses to refund all drivers who were ticketed at an intersection with yellow light intervals shorter than state guidelines.

Schirmbeck also wants Baytown to either remove the cameras or let the voters decide on decide in a referendum.
