Washington Ave. residents propose parking permits

HOUSTON Residents there have been complaining about the bars that have popped up on Washington, saying they attract rowdy customers who park on their streets.

On Tuesday, those residents asked the City Council to consider parking permits. It would allow only residents to park on the street at night.
