Dad accused of having sex with 5-year-old

HOUSTON According to prosecutors, Rodney K. Williams is charged with super aggravated sexaul assault of his daughter. On Sunday, Williams' common law wife, who is not the girl's biological mother, reportedly saw photos on his camera of him performing sex acts with the girl. She called the Precinct 4 Constable's office and a search warrant was run on his house.

Authorities say in Williams' home they found a computer, CDs and DVDs that contained child porn, including more photos of him with his daughter performing sex acts. All the materials were seized.

Williams is currently being held without bond.
