Victim's family calls for deputy's resignation

HOUSTON Chief Deputy Craig Brady landed in hot water after he said he did not believe an assault victim's story. Last week, 20-year-old Raymond Smith said two female McDonald's employees bit and groped him in the restaurant.

Brady was dismissive of Smith's claims, but the girls later confessed. Charges have not yet been filed in the case. Brady is not commenting on the developments.
