Oprah tops list of most influential women

NEW YORK She tops Forbes magazine's list of the most influential women in media. Diane Sawyer comes in second, followed by Barbara Walters, Ellen DeGeneres and Tyra Banks. Walters also shows up at number 11, as a member of "The View."

Kathie Lee Gifford ranks 13th, but her co-host of the fourth hour of "Today" Hoda Kotb, didn't make the cut. Meredith Viera is considered more influential than Ann Curry. They rank sixth and seventh, just ahead of Katie Couric at number eight. Kelly Ripa comes in at number 22.
