Sheriff's deputies say the teen was walking near the school when an older model green Toyota pulled up and a man inside offered her a ride. She declined, but he reportedly jumped out and grabbed her arm. The teen was able to break away and run for help.
Detectives were able to identify Stillwagon as a suspect from the partial license plate and other identifying details provided by the victim.
The Fort Bend Sheriff's Office investigation into this incident continues.
