Residents find dead man on sidewalk

HOUSTON Residents heard several gunshots around 6:30am and then saw the victim lying dead on the sidewalk outside. According to one witness, there were also gunshots fired around 5am. She also said the victim had friends over to help him move yesterday.

The officers say the man died from multiple gunshots to the torso. Police are still talking to witnesses searching for suspects in the case.
