Lack of rain keeps water restrictions in place

HOUSTON Here is a list as it stands today. There is a mandatory restriction in the city of Conroe and The Woodlands.

The restriction is voluntary in Sugar Land, Pearland, Bayou Vista and La Marque. The cities of Tomball and League City added their names to the growing list.

In Tomball, residents were asked to water their lawns before 10am and after 8pm.
