Deputy nearly run over by kidnapping suspect

HOUSTON The deputy fired one shot at the suspect after dodging the truck. The deputy then jumped in his car and chased after the man. He eventually caught the suspect on Tomball Parkway at Hufsmith.

Investigators say he kidnapped a 20-year-old woman. She was not hurt and was returned to her parents.
