Katy residents get all-clear on water

KATY, TX The boil water notice for the Memorial Parkway subdivision has been lifted. Southwest Water Company issued the notice Monday because of a water main break which caused low water pressure.

Public works officials say the heat is causing the ground to dry up, and that leads to more water main breaks across the city and surrounding areas.
