Is HPD Chief Hurtt heading to CA?

HOUSTON Those reports say that San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom has selected a finalist, but that candidate has not yet accepted the position.

Chief Hurtt has said that he will remain Houston's police chief until the end of Mayor Bill White's term this year.
