Charges upgraded in toll road wreck

HOUSTON Pugh was originally charged with driving while intoxicated after calling in to report she had been forced into the retaining wall along the Hardy Toll Road last month. Almost two hours later, a truck was discovered below the toll road, with the body of Cheryl Guberman inside. Guberman's husband and son found her vehicle.

Authorities say it appears Pugh's vehicle hit the truck from behind. Pugh has been officially charged with intoxication manslaughter.
