Small plane makes emergency landing

HOUSTON Investigators had to shut down Fairbanks-North Houston near West Road while they looked into what happened. State troopers say the pilot lost control of the aircraft and had to put it down. No cars were hit.

The pilot and passenger on board were shaken up, but they're OK.
