Dozens of dogs rescued

ROSENBERG, TX Thirty-two cocker spaniels found in bad conditions in Rosenberg are in the hands of the SPCA. Officials say the dogs were in one shed with no food or water.

The SPCA is examining the dogs, and giving them food, water, medicine and a little TLC, too.
