Amber Alert issued for sisters

KYLE, TX Anisa Andrea Moreno, 3, and her sister Moriah Moreno, 8, are believed to be with their 20-year-old aunt, Candra Michelle Kenny. The girls were last seen in Kyle, Texas, in Hays County.

Authorities believe Kenny may be headed to the Austin area. They also say she has been known to engage in drug use.

Kenny is described as 4'11", 125 pounds with hazel eyes and dark blonde hair. She is thought to be driving a brown 2001 Dodge pickup with Texas license plate 23C CX1.
