HOUSTON [PHOTOS: See images taken after the vandalism]

In the early morning hours Monday May 4 and Tuesday May 5, three young men were captured on video breaking into Lamar High School located at 3325 Westheimer Road in Houston.

The trio was caught on tape trying to break into the school store, smashing a glass display case and attempting to trash the security camera with a tool, possibly a hammer. However the camera lived to tell the tale of their exploits.

Images obtained by Eyewitness News also show damage to windows, lockers and walls due to paint.

The vandals caught on tape are described as possibly young white males with slight builds.
