Suspected killer still missing after 7 years

Rogelio Mora is wanted for the shooting death of PJ Rodriguez. Rodriguez was shot and killed during a random robbery while he was out celebrating his high school graduation with friends. Three accomplices were arrested, but Mora escaped and has not yet been found. Investigators believe he often travels between Mexico and Houston.
